How it all began ...
My journey into fitness didn’t begin from a place of confidence.
It began from wanting to feel healthier, stronger, and more comfortable in myself before I turned 30.
Like many of the people I now support, I once felt unsure where to start and didn’t always enjoy exercise. Over time, through consistency, realistic habits, and mindset changes, fitness became a positive and sustainable part of my lifestyle.
That journey is the reason I created Fit at 30 and Forever — to provide a supportive, welcoming, and realistic approach to fitness for those who want long-term change rather than quick fixes.
Who I Support:
My coaching is designed to support real people with real lifestyles.
I understand that everyone starts at a different place, which is why my approach is welcoming, realistic, and tailored to each individual rather than a one-size-fits-all method.
Whether you are completely new to fitness, returning after a long break, or simply looking for structure and accountability, you will be supported in a way that feels comfortable and achievable.
You don't need to be fit, confident, or experienced to get started, just willing to take the first step.
I support:
-
Women aged 30+ looking for a realistic and sustainable approach.
-
Beginners who feel unsure where to start.
-
Busy mums balancing health with everyday responsibilities.
-
Individuals who feel nervous or intimidated by traditional gym settings.
-
Those returning to fitness after a long break
-
Anyone looking for support, structure, and accountability
I offer a range of supportive coaching options designed to suit different lifestyles, confidence levels, and starting points.
My approach goes beyond workouts. I focus on helping you build consistency, confidence, and realistic habits that fit into your everyday lifestyle, rather than expecting extreme changes or unrealistic routines.
How I Can Support You
Personalised sessions in a private, welcoming environment, ideal for beginners or anyone who prefers a more comfortable and supportive space away from busy gyms.
Flexible and supportive coaching with personalised training plans, regular check-ins, and ongoing accountability designed to fit around your daily routine.
A combination of 1:1 sessions and online support, providing structure, accountability, and guidance to help you stay consistent and motivated.
A relaxed, no-pressure conversation to discuss your goals, lifestyle, and the type of support that would suit you best before starting your journey.
Not sure which option is right for you?
The best first step is a free consultation where we can discuss your goals, lifestyle, and the most suitable level of support for you.
Recognised for Supporting Women in Fitness
Having been somebody who struggled with diet and exercise for most of my life, I became deeply passionate about creating supportive and welcoming spaces where women feel comfortable starting their fitness journey.
Being announced as the winner of the This Girl Can Nottingham Personal Trainer Award 2025 meant so much to me.
To me, this recognition represents encouraging women to move more, build confidence, and feel positive about fitness in a realistic and supportive way.
It aligns closely with my mission at Fit at 30 and Forever — helping real people, with real lifestyles, feel stronger, more confident, and supported every step of the way.
It reminded me why I started: to help people feel comfortable, capable, and confident in themselves, no matter where they are starting from.
Support Beyond Workouts
Alongside coaching, I provide ongoing accountability, step challenges, and a supportive community environment to help clients stay consistent, motivated, and encouraged throughout their journey even on the days when motivation feels low.
I believe that real progress comes from consistency, support, and a positive environment, not just exercise alone.
The support I offer is designed to help you build healthier daily habits in a realistic and sustainable way. None of this is about pressure or competition, but about encouragement, consistency, and celebrating progress at your own pace.
You are never expected to do everything perfectly, just to keep showing up and moving forward.
Having the right support and accountability can make all the difference when building long-term healthy habits.

Community
Community Fitness with Marie
Community Fitness with Marie was created to offer inclusive and welcoming group sessions focused on movement, confidence, and enjoyment in a relaxed environment.
Sessions included ladies-only and family-friendly workouts, exercise to music, and circuit training, all designed to help people learn new exercises, practice their form, and feel comfortable while building confidence.
It was about more than just fitness. It was good tunes, positive energy, and being surrounded by others on a similar journey.
While sessions are not currently running, they may return in the future.
"No pressure.
No judgement.
Just movement together."

Hear what Fit at 30 and Forever clients have to say ...
“The programme feels very personal and tailored. We are taking it at my pace and I'm feeling challenged at the same time. In a really good way.”
Catherine - Hybrid Client
“This has been the longest I've stuck to a routine of trying to lose weight and eat better after trying to do this for the past 20 years. You've given me the push I needed to continue to eat right and workout. I've lost thousands in gym memberships over the years but no more loss for me!”
Natalie - Hybrid Client
“I weighed this morning and I'm the lowest I've seen in about three years. I know the weight on the scale isn't everything but I was amazed to see it.”
Jenny - Online Client
“I'm feeling really determined and being consistent. I'm doing a great job and enjoying it but I wouldn't be where I am now without your help and encouragement”
Adriana - 1:1 PT Client
Starting or returning to fitness can feel overwhelming, especially when doing it alone.
My aim is to make your journey feel supportive, realistic, and achievable from the very beginning.
The first step is simply completing the Initial Goal & Lifestyle Form so we can discuss your goals and create the best plan for you.
You don’t have to feel ready or confident to begin, you just have to be willing to take the first step.
No pressure.
No obligation.
Just a supportive first step.
