Hybrid Coaching
(In-person + Online Support)
Hybrid Coaching combines the benefits of 1:1 Personal Training with ongoing online support and accountability.
This option allows you to receive personalised in-person guidance while also having structure, check-ins, and support between sessions to help you stay on track and build consistent habits.
Online Coaching
Online Coaching provides structured support, guidance, and accountability while fitting around your daily routine and responsibilities.
You will receive a personalised training plan, nutrition guidance, regular check-ins, and ongoing encouragement to help you stay consistent and motivated. This option is designed to be realistic, flexible, and supportive rather than overwhelming.
1:1 Personal Training
My 1:1 Personal Training sessions take place in a private, welcoming garage gym setting, ideal for beginners or anyone who feels nervous in traditional gym environments.
These sessions are fully personalised to your fitness level, goals, and confidence, with a strong focus on building strength, consistency, and long-term habits in a supportive space.
