how FIT AT 30 and forever
began ...
My journey into fitness began with my own weight loss and lifestyle transformation. I know first-hand what it feels like to be overweight, to dislike exercise, and to feel unsure about where to start.
What started as a personal goal to be fitter and in better shape by my 30th birthday gradually became a complete lifestyle change both physically and mentally.
Through consistency, better habits, mindset work and a realistic approach to fitness, I discovered how powerful movement and structure can be for confidence, wellbeing, and long-term health. This experience is the foundation of how I now coach and support others.
I now specialise in supporting women aged 30+, beginners and those who may feel intimidated by traditional gym environments. My coaching is designed to be supportive, realistic, and tailored to each individual lifestyle.
There are no extreme diets, no unrealistic expectations, and no pressure to be perfect - just structured guidance, accountability, and a sustainable approach to fitness and wellbeing.
Because I’ve been through that journey myself, I understand the challenges, the self-doubt and the importance of having the right support in place.
A Lifestyle-Focused Approach
My approach to coaching is built around support, structure, and sustainability. I understand that everyone’s lifestyle, confidence level, and starting point are different, which is why I focus on meeting each client where they are, not where they think they should be.
For many of my clients, the biggest challenge is not just exercise, it’s motivation, consistency, time, and confidence. That is why my coaching goes beyond workouts. I provide guidance, accountability, and realistic strategies that fit into everyday life, rather than expecting clients to completely overhaul their routines overnight.
I create a safe and welcoming environment, especially for beginners or those who feel nervous about gyms. Whether training in my private garage gym, online, or through hybrid coaching, the focus is always on building confidence first, then progressing at a comfortable and sustainable pace.
Fit at 30 and Forever is built on the belief that fitness should feel supportive, sustainable, and achievable at any stage of life. Whether you are a complete beginner, returning after a long break, or looking for structure and accountability, my goal is to help you build confidence, strength, and a lifestyle that lasts. Not just short-term results.
The first step is a free consultation where we can talk through your goals, lifestyle, and any challenges you may be facing. This is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation designed to help you feel supported, understood, and confident about your next steps.
