Before our consultation call, I ask all new clients to complete a short consultation form.

This helps me understand your goals, lifestyle, fitness level, and any challenges you may be facing so that our conversation can be more personalised, supportive, and focused on what you truly need.

The form only takes a few minutes to complete and allows me to prepare properly to support you in the best possible way.
